A Healthy Boundaries Series

In business, at work, in the home or how the way we handle boundaries is indicative of the life you’ll lead through all versions of you.

Boundaries are something that we hear a lot about. Do you have boundaries, do you set healthy boundaries, do you respect other’s boundaries?

But what do healthy boundaries look like? How are we supposed to set healthy boundaries if we don’t really get a chance to see them modeled? Is that really fair to demand that we all just magically understand what these boundaries look and feel like?

Short answer. No.

So let’s think about what healthy boundaries look like. Over the next 3 weeks I’m going to add in some fun examples of healthy boundaries in various settings because sometimes it’s just easier to see them to begin to understand them.

Here’s some examples of healthy and unhealthy interactions within the workplace.
