In the journey to becoming a better version of yourself, it can sometimes feel like we’re losing traction, or worse yet, that we’re at a complete standstill. We begin to feel impatient and wonder if we’re even on the right path. We look at everyone else’s feeds and back at ours and it feels like we fall short. But the road to health, like the road success, isn’t a straight line, it’s anything but a line. The road is filled with twists and turns and roundabouts and crazy u-turns and even dead ends. But that’s how it’s supposed to be. Life isn’t something that that you can create a data point analysis for, I mean you could but why? So why would your road to health be any different?
The hardest parts of any journey is the the middle, and we’re almost always in the middle, the trick is to make small goals in between. These goals are things that you could work towards, micro goals that will help keep your focused. Goals that will remind you that you are succeeding. Most importantly, goals that will keep you from quitting and that is worth everything.
