Building habits or how we are what we do consistently

I’ve started at the gym again, well I started a couple weeks back, and it’s been amazing.

I was an avid gym goer for a very long time back a few years ago, but that was cut short due to an injury.

I remember walking into the gym this time.

Everyone was super fit and super serious. I loved it and instantly signed up.

My first day there?

I was definitely intimidated but still, I labored on.

A few weeks later?

I feel at home again. The routine of going is so much more important than my initial apprehension.

I built the habit but going. I rebuilt that habit by going again and again and again.
